At TRICCAA, every creation tells a story — of artistry, passion, and precision. We take immense pride in ensuring that each piece you receive is crafted and packaged with the highest standards of quality and care.
However, should there ever be a concern, our Return & Refund Policy is designed to protect both your trust and our craftsmanship.

  1. Exchange & Replacement Policy

We understand that rare circumstances may call for an exchange.
If your product arrives damaged during transit, please initiate an exchange request within 24 hours of delivery.

To process your request smoothly, kindly:

  • Contact us via WhatsApp at +91 xxxx-xx-xxxx within 24 hours.
  • Share a 360° uninterrupted unboxing video, clearly showing:
    • The sealed package,
    • The shipping label, and
    • The visible damage or defect.

Once verified, we will issue a replacement or exchange — whichever is feasible — for the damaged product.

Exchange requests without a proper unboxing video or those made after 24 hours will not be eligible.

  1. Refunds

Refunds are processed only under specific conditions:

  • If the ordered product is no longer available for replacement.
  • If a particular item in your order cannot be fulfilled, we will either:
    • Replace it with another design of equal or higher value (with price adjustment), or
    • Issue a refund for that specific item.

Refunds are processed within 4–8 working days, depending on your mode of payment.

  1. Order Cancellations

Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or exchanged for another product.
Every TRICCAA piece is made, packed, and shipped with personalized attention — and cancellation disrupts this curated process.

  1. Delivery & Unavailability

We recommend ensuring that you or an authorized person is available to receive the parcel during courier delivery timings (typically 9 AM – 5 PM IST).

Our courier partners attempt delivery three times before the package is returned.

If the shipment returns after multiple failed delivery attempts:

  • We will notify you, and
  • Re-shipment charges (if applicable) may be borne by you.
  • No refund will be issued for returned couriers due to unavailability.
  1. Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning an item for inspection or replacement.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
